The Belonging Tree Foundation provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities served by the foster care system programs and services that will plant strong roots so every individual can ascend toward their fullest potential.

We opened our doors to serve foster youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Before the branches, before the home — there are the roots: the first people who believe in this. Be one of them. Founding donors are named where it all begins, and stay part of the story as we grow.
What We Provide
Parent and caregiver training and support for raising a child with an intellectual or developmental disability.
Placement stabilization and behavioral support for youth with intellectual disabilties at risk of losing a foster or intact placement.
Assistance with communication devices and AAC, helping every youth in care be heard and understood.
Specialized small group homes, and transitional living homes tailored to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
